Spaghetti squash stuffed with a turkey bolognese sauce. Sauté onion carrots celery and garlic, add diced tomatoes, basil, oregano, salt and pepper, and cooked ground turkey. Meanwhile bake spaghetti squash for 30 min at 400, flip and fill with the sauce, top with Asiago, and broil for another 5-10 minutes until the cheese is golden brown!
