I was craving steak tonight so there you have it. Pam-seared finished in the oven grass fed steak over a bed of veggies (asparagus, Swiss chard, shaved Brussels sprouts, rices cauliflower, scallions, and garlic) sautéed in coconut oil.
For the steak, I preheated a cast iron skillet in the oven at 500. I prepped the steak by bringing it room temp and pulling olive oil and steak seasoning on both sides. Pull the skillet from the preheated oven, pan-sear the steak on both sides for about a minute and then put the skillet in the oven for about 4-5 minutes per side depending on how well you like your steak cooked. Let rest and slice. Very easy and so delicious.
