Banana, raspberry, almond & walnut loaf. Whisk 3 eggs, 1/4 cup coconut oil, 2 mashed bananas, 2 tbsp rice malt syrup or maple syrup, splash vanilla essence then add and fold in 1.5 cups almond meal, 1 tsp baking soda, salt, cinnamon & 1/4 cup chopped walnuts & place layer of batter into lined baking dish, place handful fresh raspberries & repeat to fill baking dish. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 30-35 minutes.
