Delicious Monday restraint. Yogurt (or milk) with 'good stuff' (fibre, protein, vitamins and minerals).: quick oats, chia seeds, flax seeds, almond slivers, pecans, dried cherries for bit of sweet (or what is on hand). Make back ups to stay on track. Best thing is tastes as good as a treat!
