One of the best lunches I've had in awhile...

Fry naan in a little olive oil until crispy. Remove from skillet and let cool. Meanwhile, combine crème fraîche with a little mustard, prepared horseradish, lemon juice, and sea salt. Slather over naan, then top with smoked sockeye salmon, radish, and lots of herbs. Drizzle olive oil over top before serving. #notsaddesklunch
