Roast green beans, a couple heads of garlic and par-boiled Yukon golds at 500 degrees F until desired crispiness. Blend together the roasted garlic with olive oil, dill, parsley, and a nutty cheese until smooth, and add salt and pepper to taste, Toss with the green beans and potatoes, eat voraciously.
