Roasted red pepper and chicken ravioli (not homemade...??) with homemade roasted garlic cream sauce. Roast garlic with a few pads of butter on top. Squeeze, mash, and add to a pot with a few pads of butter. Melt butter and add heavy cream with a splash of dry white wine. Reduce for a few minutes. Add favorite shredded cheese, salt, and LOTS of pepper. Stir until melted. Boil raviolis, remove from water and then boil fresh veggies in pasta water for a minute or so. Add extra pasta water to thin sauce plus a few extra pads of butter. Add raviolis and veggies to the sauce and serve immediately. Top with basil ribbons and more black pepper! ?
