Healthy chocolate mousse:
Place 2 avocados, 2 T chia seeds (optional), splash of unsweetened vanilla almond milk, dash vanilla extract, 1/4-1/2 cup cocoa powder, and at least 1/4 cup sweetener of your choice in a food processor. Blend until very smooth, about 5 minutes, scraping down the sides as necessary. Chill at least 1 hour and serve to everyone's delight.
