Mini Khachapuri - I used left over pizza dough to make a mini version of this classic Georgian dish. Roll dough out to 1/8 inch thick and 5 inches round. Fill with equal parts feta and Munster cheese in the center 2 inches. Tightly roll the sides up to the filling and twist the ends into a boat shape. Bake on a pizza stone at 500 degrees for 12 min. Take out of the oven and make a well in the center of the molten cheese and crack an egg in it. Put it back in the oven for 4-5 min, depending how set you like your egg. Serve with spicy paprika.
