a non traditional method ~
In a 4 cup Pyrex measuring cup, mixed 1 cup natural evaporated cane sugar with about 1/2-3/4 cup non-gmo, non-high fructose corn syrup and heated in microwave for 30 second intervals until bubbling. Carefully stirred in about 1 1/2 cups or so of tahini. Then added a handful of dark chocolate. Tried to just stir enough for marbled effect but lost it a little. While still warm, pressed into silicon molds. Let to cool and harden. Resulted in pleasantly sweet, flaky sesame halva. Enjoy!
