And today, the leftover whipped cream & goat cheese from this weekend over balsamic roasted cherry tomatoes, with a garlic-rubbed crostini.*

*yeah, no, I made it in the toaster. It's toast.

Toss a pint or so of cherry tomatoes in a roasting pan with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. Roast at 350° until the tomatoes look like they're gonna burst, usually 12-15 minutes. Eat: over toast, in a bowl, any which way.
