Rhubarb ribbons
- make 50/50 simple syrup
-bring simple syrup to just below a simmer
-peel rhubarb with a veg Y peeler into strips
-place a ribbon in the hot syrup and allow to steep until the rhubarb is just malleable
-remove immediately and cool on a sheet tray until ready to use!
