For the inept griller in all of us, we give you cast-iron charred vegetables. Get a cast iron smoking hot on your stove, pour a tiny bit of olive oil and add veggies in small batches. Turn 'em with tongs once or twice until they're a bit soft and have some nice color. Season with salt and they're ready to go!
