Artichoke Fondue

Comfort food for a cold windy night. Made a roux with butter, flour, onions and garlic, added milk, Gruyere cheese and white wine, added artichoke hearts, spinach,fresh thyme, pine nuts and pepper and served over a toasted baguette. Topped with pea shoots and tiny flowers from the garden.
