Duck, Portugese sausage, Pork belly, Leeks, Onion, Carrot, Garlic, small White beans, Sel de Guérande, Herbs de Provence. Soaked beans overnight, Sautéed veggies in some fat I had rendered from some Foie Gras I cooked earlier, no waste :p then browned the meats. Threw it all together with some water into a pressure cooker for 50 mins. Voilà! My lazy Cassoulet.
