Cooking corn in the oven for my Mexican Street Corn tonight. Leave corn in husk, cut the hairy tips off without exposing the corn kernels, place on oven racks, and bake for 45 minutes @ 350f degrees.
Remove from oven and let cool for about 10 minutes or more so you don't burn your fingers. Peel husk off. You can either leave the husk on one tip or pull off completely.
