1 small onion
2 garlic cloves
1/2 cup honey
1/3 cup soy sauce
2 table spoon sesame oil
1/4 cup water
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
1 can chickpeas

1. In a saucepan, place the diced onion, minced garlic, honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, vinegar, vegetable oil, water, red pepper, bring to a boil, reduce to simmer for 5-10 min till slightly thick.
2. Add the chickpeas and bring to a boil. Reduce heat again to medium low to simmer for 10 min till chickpeas are coated and sauce is thick.
