Gochujang marinaded flank steak: hefty scoop of gochujang. Equal parts brown sugar, rice vinegar, soy sauce (I'll usually do about a tbs of each). Salt to taste. Tonight's plan is to eat the steak along side root veggies roasted in teriyaki and sautéed greens with garlic stalks.
