Cauliflower Soup. Because it's still a bit chilly here in the Midwest. Cauliflower, potato, sage, low sodium chicken broth, sage, half-n-half, flour, salt and pepper. I like to reserve a cup of the cauliflower; purée the soup then add it in so there's smooth with chunky. A dash of paprika to finish it off! Delicious served with a homemade turkey burger.
