White bean spinach feta and pinenut dip. Combine 1 can cannellini beans with 3-4 cups cooked spinach, 1/2 cup feta cheese, garlic clove, tbsp sour cream or tahini, salt pepper & blitz to your liking then top with toasted pinenuts & serve with fresh vege sticks, bread, crackers, crisps
