Quick Salad recipe from my mom:
Roughly chop/tear lettuce of your choice (I used red leaf lettuce but anything works) and divide evenly into bowls.
Top each salad with alternating slices of tomato, avocado, and fresh mozzarella. (This time I used dollops of burrata instead of mozzarella).
Sprinkle each with coarse sea salt, black pepper, dried oregano and granulated garlic. Then drizzle each with good olive oil and top with a big squeeze of lemon juice.
Eat as is or mix before serving.
