My kids love this meal - and it's a lot quicker than you would think. Chicken burgers (I did breasts in the blender with garlic, ginger, cilantro and a pinch each of cumin and corriander powder). Make sure to salt.
The burgers cook SO quick.
The salad is a just cucumber, corn, red pepper with a mashed up avocado and olive oil and salt for dressing. Yum!
