Finocchiona Salami Scramble
5 slices Finocchiona Salami, diced
2 organic eggs
Splash of whole milk
Handful baby kale
Dice salami and sauté for a minute
Scramble eggs and milk together then pour right into hot pan with salami
Place baby kale in pan and scramble the whole dish until eggs are set.
Serve with brioche toast.
