Stir fry sliced beef, ginger, spring onions, chilli, coriander stalks, and black bean sauce. Meanwhile, boil long stem broccoli, mange tout and petit pois. In a separate pan, fry prawns, eggs, cooked rice and with soy sauce and add the cooked petit pois. Add soy sauce and lime to the beef mixture and serve with the rice. Top with chillis, coriander leaves, soy sauce and lime juice to taste.
