Heat a Tbsp of oil in a skillet, Sprinkle the chicken with salt and pepper and sear,sprinkle the other side with salt pepper a pinch of nutmeg and cinnamon, flip and cook until golden. Remove from pan, add red onion slivers, cook until translucent, add the raisins and deglaze with white wine reduce until almost dry, add the cooked chickpeas and 2 cans of diced tomatoes (no salt added). Place the chicken back in the pan, sprinkle with a bit more salt and place in a 300 degree oven for an hour. Serve with cous cous #dinner #chicken #notrecipe #notcontest

I take the skin off so there is very little fat. I leave the fat in the pan
