1 pound of ground beef
1 jar of homemade or store bought pasta sauce
Salt, Oregano, cayenne, and Garlic to taste
Arugula, Spinach, and kale
Brown the beef and pour the sauce over it.
Bring it to a simmer and taste for spices.
Add the greens that you'd like and allow for them to wilt.
After serving the meat onto your plate, fry an egg and serve over the meat! Done!
(I ate mine with a piece of garlic bread)
