Take a few leaves of cavolo nero and cut into thin ribbons. Sauté with lemon zest and chilli flakes in olive oil. Whisk some eggs, add to pan and nudge into soft curds. Dollop Greek yogurt on top and fork through. Steam gently so that the egg is soft. Dust with smoked salt and chilli flakes. Scoop it with bread.
