#persian spiced bulgar wheat. 300g bulgar wheat 1 tbsp cinnamon 1 tbsp allspice 1 tsp turmeric 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp black pepper 50g shelled pistachio 20g raisins or barberries. Add 600ml of cold water, bring to simmer and cook at very low heat for up to 30 mins. Stir occasionally to stop it catching on the bottom of the pan
