Favorite one-pot, 20 min Italian dinner: sauté garlic in some olive oil, add Italian sausage (use bulk pack or squeeze out of casings) and brown. Add large can of tomatoes, salt and pepper to taste, and simmer 5-10 mins. Wash 3 small zucchinis and spiralize (or use veg peeler) directly into pot. Allow to cook for another 5 minutes. It's a little brothy, but I like it that way! Top with parmigiano reggiano!
