Editor Sarah Jampel's dinner is half spring, half winter (kinda like this crazy weather). On the right, roasted root veg of all sorts, cooked with garlic and thyme. On the right, she mixed boiled new potatoes, buttered and sliced, with quickly-fried asparagus and onions. She folded in some tofu that had been pressed and pan-fried in sesame oil and coated everything in a lemon-yogurt-olive oil dressing.
