Hand mix ground beef with cilantro, green bell peppers, onions, and garlic before forming into small meatballs. Then, brown them slightly and combine potatoes, zucchini, cabbage, yellow squash, more onions and green peppers, carrots, green beans and corn, seasoning with cilantro, red pepper flakes, and chipotle before submerging with water. Add water to pot with meatballs and veggie broth. Boil until ready.
