This weeks kale breakfast bowl. Sauté diced purple yam in coconut oil until just browned, add a can of chic peas and diced bell pepper. Toss in chopped tomatoes and a couple glugs of balsamic vinegar. Once potatoes are done, mix in one container of baby kale and sauté until wilted.
