Tonight, we feast! (Momma needed some steak.) | I marinated skirt steak in ginger, garlic, teriyaki sauce, and herbs for 5 hours. While the grill pan was heating, I made the dressing: créme fraîche, a splash of apple cider vinegar, splash of teriyaki sauce, splash of Worcestershire sauce, juice of 1/2 a lemon, 3 teaspoons honey, 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard, 1 teaspoon whole grain mustard, and salt & pepper. Sear the steak on each side about 4 minutes on each side. Then pick up with tongs to hold and brown the long sides and very ends for just a couple minutes. Take off heat and let rest under alluminium foil. Halve some cherry tomatoes, season with salt & pepper, and add to a bed of watercress, spinach, and rocket. Top with steak slices, shaved Parmesan, & your homemade creamy mustard dressing. #salad #steak #homemade #tomato #mains
