Make cavatelli by hand with semolina flour, water, salt. Make Italian sausage with pork shoulder, fat and Italian seasonings.

Sauté peas in butter, garlic, lemon and mint. Cook the cavatelli for three minutes. Brown sausage. Mix pasta, sausage and peas together with Parmesan and lemon zest. Salt and pepper to taste. ??
