Wok fried rice with veggies of choice and chicken. Chicken breast cut into desired pieces - marinated in fresh garlic, ginger, soy sauce, green chilliest, vinegar, pick sea salt, black pepper, crushed red peppers for a few hours or overnight. Use canola oil and fry the chicken then stir fry your veggies for about two minutes each. Half boil basmati rice and then stir fry that in the wok to fully cook and add in the chicken and veggies, serve and enjoy. Oh also add salt and pepper to taste to the rice and veggies, top with scallions and some Sriracha if you'd like :)
