Contributing Editor Lindsay-Jean Hard made a triple-batch of Genius-style guacamole--you can never have too much guac, right? Mash diced onion, chopped cilantro, and diced jalapeño into a slurry with kosher salt in a mortar and pestle. Add diced avocado and coat to coat. Gentle smash some of the avocado, leaving the mixture very chunky. Add a squeeze of lime and taste to adjust for salt. #appetizer #dip
