Fire up Big Green Egg to 500 degrees F. Meanwhile, cut carrots into thin, long strips. Toss ramps + carrots in lots of olive oil and salt. Grill until practically burnt. The carrots will be intensely sweet. Off grill, squeeze lemon juice over vegetables and scatter fresh mint and parsley over top. #sundaydinner
