Short recipe -
Base - digestive cookies, chopped hazelnuts and butter and a bit of Nutella.
Press into Springform pan and throw into fridge.
Filling - 500g cream cheese, rest of the tub of Nutella, bit of icing sugar. Mix well and spread onto base. Sprinkle with the roasted chopped Hazelnuts.
Refrigerate 4 hours and enjoy. Great cold from fridge - better than room temp!
