Absolutely! Broth: 4 cups water, 2 rosemary sprigs, few each shallot and garlic cloves (crushed, skin on), nice size parm rind. Low simmer-lid on for 25-30 min. Strain, cook down until desired thickness. Mushrooms: cast iron sear both sides about five minutes each medium high heat. Poach eggs in low simmer about 3 minutes. Enjoy!!
