No Bake Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Brownie
Brownie: process pecans to course meal, add blanched almond flour, cacao powder, pitted medjool dates, vanilla extract and coconut oil. Press into parchment lined loaf pan.
Cookie Dough: mix coconut oil, coconut milk, vanilla, honey (beegan?) agave or maple syrup (vegan), almond flour and mini chocolate chips or cacao nibs. Spread on top of brownie mixture. Refrigerate until firm. Enjoy!
