Scant two cups of frozen blueberries tossed with 1/4 cup(ish) of sugar and zest from half a lemon. Divide between two ramekins. Mix roughly a quarter cup of cornmeal, flour, and brown sugar with a little cinnamon. Small dice 3 tablespoons of butter, then mix into cornmeal mixture with fingers until it resembles coarse crumbs. Press onto top of blueberry mixture. Bake at 375 until brown and bubbly (25ish minutes).
