Lovely, quick, filling dinner. The soft sweetness of the beans contrast well with the crispy smokiness of the sausage.

Sauté shallots and garlic, then broad beans (I used frozen).

In separate on fry chorizo until crisp, remove and add bread cubes to soak up the flavoured oil.

Combine the two and served with a fried egg
