Oven roasted brisket! Made paste with honey, mustard, garlic, red pepper flakes and s&p. Marinaded over nite, left out half hour at room temp. Added layer of onions, carrots and celery to Dutch oven. Put meat in with about a cut of beef broth popped in at 250 for three hours. Roasted long hot peppers with whole garlic cloves at same time about an hour and a half. Puréed veggie to make gravy!
