Kimchi fried rice !

Stir fry the whites of a few scallions for a minute or two. Add a tbsp or so of gochujang, about a cup of kimchi, 2 tsp soy and 1 tsp sesame oil. Cook down for a bit. Add 3 cups of cooked rice. Top with an egg, or two. Garnish with greens of scallions.
