A whole bunch of raw almonds (about 3 cups) tossed in three tablespoons of honey, sprinkled with sea salt. Place on baking sheet with parchment paper. Roast in the oven at 325 degrees for about 15-25 minutes until fragrant and toasted, turn the almonds every five minutes so they don't burn. Blend in a food processor until creamy...it'll look like almond flour first, then kind of chunky almond butter, then eventual smooth, creamy perfection.
