2 broccoli crowns and 1 gala apple diced. Add About a half cup each chopped walnuts and dried cranberries. For the dressing I used about 1/2 cup each of mayonnaise and plain Greek yogurt with apple cider vinegar, honey and salt and pepper to taste. Chill for about two hours or so. So simple to
make and all ingredients except the broccoli were on hand! Served with seared tuna.
