Savory (lopsided) galette with pastry dough from my CSA. Brown sausage in a pan, remove, cook down a bunch of garlic, shallots, chard and collards in the leftover grease, top your dough with a generous layer of Dijon mustard and Parmesan cheese, add greens and sausage, fold edges and bake at 400 degrees for 30 min or so. #notrecipe #rustic
