I found these broccoli raab flowers at the farmers market so I threw them in some bucatini limone with green garlic and red chili flakes. Just boil some pasta how you like it, meanwhile sautée minced green garlic in half olive oil, half butter. When soft add red chili flakes and turn down the heat. Drain the pasta, reserving a cup of the water. Toss the noodles in the pan and add broccoli raab flowers, a knob of cold butter, a splash of pasta water, and a big handful of grated parm. Stir in a circular motion until the butter melts and emulsifies with the pasta water into a creamy sauce. Top with extra parm and flowers.
