?Garden Herb Cashew Cheese

Soak cashews a few hours, drain, place in high speed blender or food processor with lemon juice, onion powder, garlic powder, miso, splash of water, touch of salt. Blend/process until smooth and creamy. Pulse in chopped fresh herbs -- parsley, chives, dill, etc. Ready now to dip vegetables and spread on sandwiches. For firmer cheese spread, place in cheese cloth in a sieve over a bowl and drain overnight in fridge. Enjoy!
