Blitva! A Croation side dish of potatoes, olive oil, lots of garlic, and Swiss chard. Simply boil potatoes until just tender and set aside. Then cook 5 cloves of garlic in a generous glug of olive oil until fragrant. Add potatoes to brown them a hit. Then wilt in the Swiss chard. Super simple - we had it topped with poached eggs.
